All products are made especially for you once your order has been received and are then dispatched. This allows us to avoid overproduction and operate in a more sustainable way.

We deliver worldwide. The available shipping options and delivery charges will be displayed during the ordering process.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import charges or taxes may apply. These are levied by the relevant authorities and are payable by the buyer.

Delivery Times

As each product is only manufactured after you have placed your order, the delivery time comprises both production and dispatch times.

Production time: usually 2–5 working days.

Estimated dispatch time:

Germany: 2–5 working days

Europe: 5–10 working days

International: 5–10 working days

The delivery times given are approximate. Delays caused by courier services, customs clearance or seasonal peaks in order volumes may occur in individual cases.

Returns

As a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal. You can find further information in our withdrawal policy.

If your order is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please send us a brief description of the problem along with photos of the affected item so that we can process your enquiry quickly.

Please do not return any items without contacting us first. Once we have reviewed your enquiry, we will provide you with the correct return address and details of the next steps.
